PRICE AND RESERVATION POLICIES
The prices and the conditions could be subjected to increases or variations.
Prices for board per person and day including service and VAT.
The local tax, which is due for stays from 01.05. until 30.09., is defined as Euro 2,25.- per person per day for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, provided they are made in the same structure; children up to 4 years are excluded.
Reduction for children with additional bed
Children up to 2 years: Euro 15.- per day (with or without cot)
from 2 to 5 years: 50%
from 6 to 11 years: 30%
from 12 years: 20%
GARAGE: Euro 12.- per day (on availability, on demand in the hotel)
PETS: Euro 12.- per day (food not included)
The room is available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
For the hotel bill we prefer cash, we take bankomat and credit cards (only Visa or Mastercard)
In case of non-arrival, late arrival, early departure or last minute change of dates, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
CANCELLATION FEES
Online reservations
- Until 5 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee
- From 4 to 1 day before arrival date: 50% of the entire amount of the reservation
- No-Show: 100% of the entire amount will be charged
Reservations via email, phone, etc.
In order to guarantee the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the entire stay.
- until 5 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee
- from 4 days before arrival date to No-Show: 100% of the deposit will be charged
PREPAID NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Advance payment of the entire stay upon confirmation of booking.
In case of cancellation and/or modification the amount charged cannot be refunded.
The penalty is equal to 100% of the amount of the booked stay.
OFFERS
The early booking discount could be combined only with the offer 7=6 or with the offer Special Family - 1 child free
The early booking discount cannot be combined with any customer discount
During the opening and closing period the hotel management reserves the right to book the reservation to one of our similar hotels with the same services and to the same price conditions.
